We're hiring a Product Manager, AI to own how AI shows up across RemotePass, from early experiments to production features used by customers running integral payroll, compliance, and payments. It's making AI useful in messy, high-stakes workflows where a wrong answer can mean a missed payroll or a compliance breach.

Work out where AI genuinely removes friction, where humans should stay in control,



and where AI shouldn't exist at all

Make complex data usable. Shape how customers interact with payroll, compliance, and payments data through AI

Go deep on user problems across payroll, compliance, and operations. Ship, test, and scale. Work closely with engineering to ship and iterate quickly, taking features from early stage to usable to scalable

Experience building AI- or data-heavy products. Comfortable working hands-on with engineers: writing specs, running experiments, and iterating on feedback

Fluent written and spoken English

You're not inheriting a polished AI product. Solve real, messy problems in global payroll, compliance, and payments, not hypothetical use cases
