Design, build, and operate full-stack web applications and RESTful APIs using React and TypeScript/Node.js or Python; make pragmatic architectural choices that improve maintainability, performance, and developer flow.

Cloud Architecture and IaC: Own infrastructure definitions in AWS CDK; design secure, scalable, multi-account/multi-region environments leveraging IAM, Lambda, ECS/Fargate or EKS, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, and RDS/DynamoDB.

CI/CD Excellence: Create robust GitHub Actions workflows with reusable actions, environment promotions, approvals, canary strategies, and automated rollback to deliver stable, predictable releases.

Quality Engineering and BDD: Lead with tests as first-class artifacts; implement Cucumber (Gherkin) for BDD, Playwright for E2E/UI, and contract testing to drive clarity, coverage, and confidence across services.

Observability and SLOs: Instrument services, define actionable SLOs, and build Grafana dashboards and alerts; Integrate secrets management, SAST/DAST/SCA, SBOM generation,



and policy-as-code guardrails to protect data and maintain trust.

Delivery Discipline: Maintain a healthy backlog and predictable sprints with clear acceptance criteria and transparent reporting in Jira; facilitate feedback forums and office hours; Continuous Improvement with AI and Digital Tools: Embrace and appropriately use AI-enabled practices to improve engineering outcomes, decision-making, and ways of working.

Full-Stack Engineering: Proficiency with a modern frontend framework (e.g., React) and a backend language (e.g., TypeScript/Node.js or Python); AWS and IaC: Hands-on experience with AWS CDK and core AWS services (IAM, Lambda, ECS/Fargate or EKS, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB).
