OverviewIn this role you will lead the development, deployment, and upkeep of an integrated management system to meet IRIS *****, ISO *****, ISO *****, ISO *****, and other requirements.

You'll head a multidisciplinary team across quality, safety, environmental and energy functions, driving audits, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance.

The position partners with senior leadership to ensure processes and products meet high standards and customer expectations.

You will play a pivotal role in certification activities and in shaping the company's quality and sustainability agenda.

ResponsabilidadesDevelop, implement and manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with IRIS *****, ISO *****, ISO *****, ISO ***** and related standards

Lead internal audit program across quality, safety, environmental and energy management

Maintain documentation, records, and reports in line with regulatory requirements

Coordinate certification processes and surveillance audits with external bodies

Oversee STRAP context reviews, risk and opportunity management, and changes in legal requirements

Implement and maintain ISO *****, ISO *****, ISO ***** policies and programs





Coordinate with Production and Sustainability to develop energy management policies and EnPIs

Drive continuous improvement with KPIs and CAPA for IMS performance

Foster health and safety culture, incident management, and emergency preparedness

Prepare regulatory reports and maintain up-to-date documentation on legislation and best practices

Lead training aligned with Wabtec processes and ensure local compliance for the Iberia scope

Engage with cross-functional teams and external auditors to support certification and compliance

Requisitos principalesBachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or environmental science

Master's degree in occupational health and safety, energy management, or related field (preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality/health&safety;/environmental/energy management or similar roles

Experience with integrated management systems and internal/external audits

Knowledge of APQP, risk assessment methods, and relevant safety regulations

Fluent in Spanish and English; EU work authorization
