We are recruiting for a Spanish-speaking Customer Advisor to join an international customer experience team in Athens, Greece. You can work remotely, from a modern office, or a mix of both, and a full relocation package is provided to support your move.
No prior experience is required. Full paid training is provided from day one, making this an adecuado starting point for a career in customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer enquiries in Spanish by phone, email and live chat
Resolve issues, provide accurate information and escalation cases where needed
Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system
Deliver a consistently professional, high-quality customer experience
Work with your team to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish (C1/C2), essential
- Fluent English (team working language)
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or any client-facing role (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Clear, empathetic and professional communication
- Able to work independently remotely and within an office team
- Positive, solution-focused attitude
- EU work authorisation, or eligibility for visa sponsorship
