## As the Country Manager Spain & Portugal, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the company's commercial objectives, growth, and market presence within Spain & Portugal.

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve the company's objectives in the livestock industry, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability* Team Management: Lead and inspire according to the company's style a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve operational excellence* Market Analysis: Oversee the sales and marketing efforts to promote our livestock services and products, expand our customer base, and achieve revenue targets* Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure sustainable profitability* Customer Relationship Management: Provide regular reports to the corporate office on the country's performance,



market insights, and strategic recommendations## What we are looking for?

- Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture (Livestock), or a related field* Proven experience in sales leadership in a senior management role within the livestock industry* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills* Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams* Strong understanding of livestock production practices* Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets* Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions* Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities* Besides Spanish, fluent in at least English language (written and spoken)* High grade of the Spanish livestock market will be appreciated## What we offer?
