OverviewIn this role you will partner with clients to design, implement and maintain SAP SuccessFactors-based HR solutions.

You'll work within cross?functional teams to translate business needs into SAP specifications and deliver customized deployments.

ResponsabilidadesDevelop, deliver and maintain SAP SuccessFactors-based business solutions

Capture and translate client requirements into SAP specifications

Lead customization and deployment of SuccessFactors modules

Work in multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, business) locally and remotely

Manage project scope,



financials and client relationships across engagements

Collaborate with delivery centers across the globe

Contribute to R&D; activities and emerging technology initiatives as relevant

Requisitos principales4 - 6 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors

Knowledge of Employee Central, Payroll and/or Recruiting Management

Experience developing functional and systems specifications

Excellent English and Spanish on a consulting level

Strong communication skills and a proven team player

Occasional travel may be required
