We don't just need a Junior Customer Success Manager — we need a relationship builder and strategic advisor. You'll be at the center of it all —supporting account strategy, driving proactive engagement, and influencing customer outcomes — ensuring everything you touch is data-informed, relationship-driven, and commercially aligned with our wider goals.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product teams, bringing everything together to ensure consistency, impact, and momentum across the board.

As a Junior CSM, you will:

Own and support the success of a high-value client portfolio

Drive structured account planning and proactive engagement, identifying risks and expansion opportunities

Manage executive-level stakeholders and complex multi-country setups

Minimum 1 year work experience in Customer Success, Sales or Business Development Representative roles

Language: Native German. English: excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Time Management:



capable of prioritizing tasks dynamically and efficiently to meet client needs

System Knowledge: familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and Salesforce
