OverviewIn this role you will lead production operations at the Viana site, ensuring safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient manufacturing while delivering key performance targets.

You will drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Factory of the Future initiatives to build a high-performing, self-sufficient team and align operations with Mondel?z's strategic goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure governance, continuous improvement, and sustainable operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong emphasis on culture, capability development, and performance drive.

ResponsabilidadesLead production operations to achieve SQCDSM targets (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Morale)

Implement IL6S-Integrated Lean Six Sigma and FoF initiatives to build self-sufficient cross-functional teams

Coach line leaders and cascade plans and KPIs to the workforce to ensure alignment

Establish governance to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement





Identify and manage improvements in technology, culture, capability, and operating systems

Ensure compliance with Quality, Food Safety, GMP, Health & Safety, Environment, and internal policies

Talent, capability, and engagement initiatives to attract, develop, and retain key manufacturing talent

Collaborate with multi-functional peers to achieve site and company objectives

Requisitos principalesStrong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in a CPG environment

Experience with TPM, 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma concepts

Excellent verbal and written communication, plus coaching and leadership skills

Analytical problem-solving abilities and team-building skills

Engineering background with business acumen, project management experience, and knowledge of industrial maintenance
