We are looking for a Program Management Trainee to support the coordination of cross-functional pharmaceutical programs from project initiation through development and launch readiness.

Working closely with Program Managers and stakeholders across Commercial, Regulatory, IP, R&D; and Launch Management, you will gain hands-on experience in a multidisciplinary matrix organization and contribute to maintaining an integrated view of project strategy, progress, risks and key decisions.

- Support Program Managers in coordinating pharmaceutical programs from project handover through development and launch readiness.

- Support the preparation and maintenance of Strategic Product Plans (SPPs), integrating inputs from Commercial, Regulatory, IP, R&D; and Launch Management.

- Help maintain an end-to-end view of project scope, key milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and agreed actions across stakeholders.

- Support SPP Working Team and governance meetings by preparing materials, consolidating inputs, documenting decisions and following up agreed actions.

- Contribute to structured project information, reporting and knowledge management,



including the capture and reuse of lessons learned and best practices.

- Collaborate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving ways of working, processes, tools and knowledge sharing across the organisation.

Requirements:

- Advanced English

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biosciences, Health Sciences, or a related field.

- Enrolled into a Master program (Project Management, MBA or Pharma/Biotech industry related is a plus)

- Availability to access internship for 9-12 months

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

- Eligibility for employment in Barcelona.
