Responsibilities

- Lead deployment execution across global ERP releases and develop integrated deployment plans with KPIs
- Monitor deployment progress, identify risks and issues, and drive timely resolution
- Support governance, stage-gate reviews, and release readiness assessments against program standards
- Partner with business, technology, testing, and change management teams to coordinate deployment activities
- Develop user requirements,



map business processes, and support best practices implementation across regions

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience leading complex global ERP deployment programs and releases
- Strong project management and program coordination skills
- Ability to influence matrixed general teams and manage stakeholder alignment
- Experience with deployment governance, readiness assessments, and risk management
- Proficiency in process mapping, requirements documentation, and change management
