From Huxley, we are currently looking for a Senior HRIS Project Manager to join a integral initiative focused on end-to-end HRIS implementations within a multinational environment, with high exposure to senior stakeholders and international teams. Requirements
* 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in HRIS environments
* Strong experience delivering global, end‐to‐end HRIS projects
* Proven ability to operate in agile environments
* Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to challenge and influence decision‐making
* Experience defining and managing product roadmaps
* High level of autonomy and strong communication skills Responsibilities
* Lead end‐to‐end HRIS projects from initiation to delivery in a global context
* Drive project planning, execution,



tracking, and reporting across multiple regions
* Manage and continuously refine the product roadmap, aligning business priorities and timelines
* Actively challenge requirements when needed and support strategic decisions
* Ensure clear communication, alignment, and engagement across all stakeholders Conditions
