We are looking for a professional with experience in industrial maintenance and team leadership to head the maintenance function at a multinational company with a manufacturing plant in the province of Valencia. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical management with people development and wants to help a plant operate more safely, reliably and efficiently every day. A hands-on role with decision-making responsibility You will combine maintenance planning with a strong presence on the shop floor, working closely with the team and day-to-day operations. You will set priorities, coordinate maintenance activities and drive improvements to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime. You will manage the maintenance budget and performance indicators, contribute to the introduction of new equipment and work with other departments to improve equipment and facility performance. Experience and requirements At least five years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment. Experience leading teams and managing preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance. A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automation systems. Experience using maintenance management systems and analysing performance indicators. Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing and other continuous improvement methodologies, as well as a B2 level of English, would be an advantage.
