We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team with one of Korn Ferry’s RPO clients. Based out of Barcelona and working as an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients, as well as client management.
Take ownership of the recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity
Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers
Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline
Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business
Maintain critical metrics and provide promote the highest data integrity within reporting
The Senior Recruiter will have the following skills:
Experience within the Recruitment / RPO field / Agency
Ambassador for premium candidate experience through professional recruitment practices
IT Literate with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word etc.)
Experience interpreting data and reporting




Strives for process innovation and high-performance working
Excellent stakeholder and networking skills
Ability to be involved in a wide range of talent acquisition projects
Fluency in Spanish & English
