Barcelona | Central Reservations | Full-time | Monday–Friday Description This isn't a typical reservations role. Based in our centralised Central Reservations Office (CRO) in Barcelona, you'll manage high-value group bookings across international markets, working closely with our Revenue, Sales and Operations teams. Your impact is measurable in conversion, revenue and client relationships, and alongside a competitive salary, you'll earn a sales bonus linked directly to your conversion and revenue performance. Monday to Friday, no weekends.

Take full ownership of billing, deposits and payment processes
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Solid experience in hotel reservations and customer service (group bookings preferred)
Fluent English; additional languages are a strong plus
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
