~ Interface knowledge.
~ Good knowledge of TAM activities.
~ Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
~ Automation skills are an advantage. Key Responsibilities
~ Perform standard TAM operations.
~ Work on incidents, problems, changes and service requests (SR).
~ Coordinate and align with clients.
~ Carry out system health checks.
~ Work on TAM for VDI, SAP, batch job scheduling and maintenance of non-SAP applications.
