STATEMENT OF WORK JOB DESCRIPTION (See link to the full job description in the blue box)
~ University degree or equivalent education.
~10 years’ experience in the civil construction industry.
~ Proficiency in technical report writing.
~ Experience managing contracts with multiple prime-contractors operating simultaneously within one project.
~ Experience in the overall construction management of concrete pavements, pre-engineered metal buildings and building refurbishment.
~ Experience in the overall project control within infrastructure projects: Cost, Scope and Schedule.
~ Experience in communication between project owner, customer and national authorities.
~ Knowledge of onsite quality assurance control mechanisms.
~ The incumbent should be familiar with data interpretation from topographic surveys and geotechnical in situ testing.
~ The incumbent should be familiar with Spanish Construction codes and regulations, with Spanish Health & Safety regulations, as well as with Spanish Infrastructure commissioning and handover process.
~ Experience related to airfield construction projects would be an asset.
