* Design out‑of‑the‑box sourcing strategies to engage top‑tier international talent, leveraging modern platforms and integrating AI practices into your daily sourcing routines to stay ahead of the curve.
* Deliver a flawless, highly personalized, and caring candidate journey from the very first contact to a smooth onboarding.
* Leverage ATS insights, market data, and recruitment KPIs to optimize your strategies, manage pipelines efficiently, and provide high‑value reporting to the business.

Experience:
2 to 6 years in Talent Acquisition,
ideally combining the fast‑paced sourcing agility of an agency with the strategic business partnering of an in‑house role. A strong understanding of the Spanish and Catalan talent markets is essential.
* Market Expertise: Proven success in recruiting for Tech, Support, or Sales roles on an international scale, with a mastery of direct sourcing and headhunting techniques.
* Tech & Data Savvy: Hands‑on experience with modern ATS platforms and a genuine passion for data‑driven recruitment and applying AI practices to enhance your workflow.
* Matrix Agility: You thrive in fast‑paced, complex environments and are completely comfortable managing cross‑border recruitment pipelines.
* Mindset & Soft
Skills:
