* Proven experience of at least 10 years in leading teams
* Experience in the IP&E; sales areas
* Proven experience of leading teams is essential
* Requires in-depth knowledge and experience on a similar position
* Knowledge of the industry and the local markets
* Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
* Contributes to process improvements
* Provides informal guidance to the sales teams
