* 5+ years of QC laboratory experience, ideally including microbiology workflows
* Strong understanding of QC laboratory operations and analytical workflows
* Hands-on expertise with laboratory automation, particularly OneLab
* Experience with LabX and/or laboratory software administration is highly desirable
* Strong knowledge of GxP, CSV, data integrity, and regulated computerized systems
* Experience developing validation documentation and executing UAT
* Experience managing multi-site laboratory system implementation projects
* Knowledge of Power BI and dashboard/report development
* Experience with ALM, JIRA, Confluence,
or similar information/project management tools
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively with international teams and manage competing priorities
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
