* Ensure a smooth process and an excellent guest experience at the highest level
* Responsibility for the ongoing development of our quality, service and hospitality standards
* Oversee food presentation, monitor food quality and condition, and replenish items as needed.
* Coordinate with the rest of the team to ensure the smooth running of the lounge and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

* Experience in upscale gastronomy, luxury hotel industry or a premium hospitality environment
* Fluency in both Spanish and English is an essential requirement for this position.
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Availability to work fixed morning or afternoon shifts within the following time range: 5:15 AM – 11:45 PM.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
