The Student Services Department is in charge of offering IE University students resources and information vital for their move to Spain. From obtaining their student visa to finding accommodation, exploring medical insurance options or getting mobile phone service, the SS Department plays a key role in guaranteeing a good start of the student’s life in Spain.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team, bilingual in English and Spanish. Student Services Advisors perform a variety of tasks within clearly defined procedures; Why IE University?

Be familiar with all aspects of office operations
Be familiar with the programs, services, policies, and procedures.
Be familiar with word processing, computer data entry, and filing and telephone reception. Offering excellent customer service, you will be able to empathize with students from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and be able to communicate clearly to an international audience
Bachelor degree
Fluent in English and Spanish
With excellent organizational, IT, communication and writing skills, you will be self- motivated and able to work flexibly as part of a team
Customer service experience
