This is a strategic leadership position within the organisation, acting as the General Manager's key operational partner and contributing actively to the continued development and evolution of the Club.
Operations Management
-Establish and maintain service quality standards.
-Define, monitor and report operational KPIs and quality metrics.
-Ensure compliance with all operational procedures.
Facilities Management
-Coordinate external suppliers and contractors.
-Supervise facility improvement projects and capital investments.
-Act as a brand ambassador for the Club.
General Management
-Introduce management dashboards and operational KPIs.
-Efficiently execute facility investment and improvement projects.
We are seeking an experienced operations executive with a strong track record of leading customer-focused organisations where service excellence is a key competitive advantage.
Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in senior operational leadership positions.
-Strong leadership and people management skills.
-Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
-Professional level of English, with the ability to communicate confidently with international members and visitors.
-Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays whenever required by the Club's operations.
