* Assess potential candidates against role requirements and identify strong matches
* Draft personalised outreach messages for hiring managers and candidates
* Manage initial outreach, follow-ups, sequencing, and tracking across searches
* Connect interested candidates with hiring managers
* Maintain clear, up-to-date candidate pipeline information
* Identify market patterns and use insights to improve targeting
* Support hiring managers across functions, geographies, and industries

* Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, executive search, sales development (SDR/BDR), research, or outbound outreach
