Responsibilities
* Support the design and implementation of global commercial transformation initiatives across multiple markets.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritize and execute strategic commercial projects.
* Contribute to the evolution of the global commercial operating model, processes and governance frameworks.
* Drive commercial technology and CRM-related initiatives, working closely with business and technology teams.
* Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics to support decision-making.
* Analyse commercial performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
* Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases and recommendations for senior leadership.
* Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Commercial, Marketing, Operations,



Technology and regional leadership teams.
* Facilitate change management and adoption of new processes and ways of working across the organisation.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across global and regional teams to drive alignment and execution. Benefits
