Map MDT's current collections processes end to end, including dunning, escalation, payment plans, and legal referral by market.
Define S/4HANA FSCM collections worklist configuration, including prioritisation rules, contact logging, and promise‐to‐pay tracking.
Write, execute, and validate UAT test scripts for collections and dunning.
Support on building up the team, onboarding and Training.
Produce daily and weekly collections performance reports.
SAP collections module or FSCM worklist experience.
~ Strong customer communication skills, both by phone and in writing.
~ Excellent written and spoken English.
~ Healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry experience.
