The opportunity Join us as Global Contract Segment Specialist to support our Contract Management function within the Transformer Segment, globally. With analytical, hands‐on and autonomous approach, you contribute to the successful performance of Contract cycle and relevant claim strategy across the Segment. Do you enjoy working in teams and enhancing their performance through your competence? Are you looking for a position, where you can work with different interfaces as Project Managers, Contracts Managers, Sales, and Supply Chain across multiple geographies? Provide end‐to‐end assistance and guidance for the entire lifecycle of the contract. Ensuring all contract management activities are executed in accordance with Company/Business Unit directives and instructions including Company procedures and BU procedures.
Ensures the portfolio of contracts across the Segment follows contract and claim management methodologies in accordance with Company/BU standard procedures, globally.
Conducting contract and claims negotiations and settlements related to the Segment.




Reviews and comments on commercial tender terms and conditions. Analyzes prime contract terms to highlight areas of potential opportunity and risk, such as ambiguities, omissions and conflicts, as work proceeds. Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management, legal, or related business;
Experience supporting the contractual execution of large and complex projects.
Experience within Data Centre is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to influence customers, commercial stakeholders and senior management.
Solid experience in contract negotiation, claims management, change management and dispute resolution.
