In this role you will design and specify ETCS trackside subsystems to enable safe, efficient railway operations. You’ll drive hardware and software design and ensure compatibility across national and international networks. You will produce interface definitions, project documentation, and support rigorous testing to verify system reliability. Responsabilidades

- Analyze project requirements to deliver complete ETCS subsystem solutions that are safe and efficient
- Lead the design phase for hardware and software application engineering, including diagnostic specs




- Create and review interface specifications between ETCS, other subsystems, and rolling stock
- Prepare precise technical documentation in line with project requirements and railway regulations
- Support test specification creation and execute static and dynamic tests for reliability

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Telecommunications, or Computer Science)
- Solid experience in Rail Signaling, specifically ETCS or ASFA
- Experience in Requirements Management using DOORS
- Knowledge of CENELEC standards and V-model life cycle processes
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel
