Overview

As a Senior Procurement Specialist at RavenPack, you own end-to-end purchasing across the organization, from intake to onboarding, contracts, and renewals. You will lead negotiations with software, SaaS, and tech providers and coordinate Legal, Compliance, IT, and business teams to keep purchases on track. You’ll refine an AI-driven procurement platform while shaping terms and driving savings at scale. This role offers visibility to leadership and a close connection to Finance and Compliance in a fast-growing AI-enabled company.

Responsabilidades

- Single point of contact for procurement requests from intake to vendor onboarding, contract signing, and renewal
- Lead commercial negotiations with software, SaaS, and service partners to secure favorable terms
- Coordinate Legal, Compliance, IT, and requesting teams to ensure timely vendor reviews
- Support IT Operations in negotiations for larger technical purchases
- Manage renewal calendar and engage stakeholders ahead of renewals to optimize usage and terms
- Prepare and process purchase orders and contracts ensuring compliance with policies




- Maintain vendor records and procurement documentation in the platform
- Monitor vendor performance and manage relationships including SLAs
- Identify cost-saving opportunities such as consolidating tools and removing unused licenses
- Prepare spend and savings reports for Finance and senior management
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement platform, workflows, and policies
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and approvals

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years in procurement or purchasing with hands-on negotiations and vendor relationship management
- Experience procuring software, SaaS, or technology services
- Comfort talking to IT and engineering; no deep technical background required
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrable savings
- Proactive mindset to improve terms and reduce spend
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and engage senior leaders
- Strong organization to manage multiple renewals and requests
- Experience with procurement tools or ERP modules, plus curiosity about AI-enabled tools
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Eligibility to work in Spain
