In this hybrid Madrid-based role, you own the local product strategy and delivery, bridging technology investments with measurable business outcomes. You’ll lead an established nine-person development team and serve as the main interface between the Spanish Management Team and Integral Product & Technology leadership. You will shape high-impact projects and platform enhancements while benefiting from international exposure and long-term career potential. You drive end-to-end delivery and align with business goals to deliver tangible value for partners and customers.
Responsabilidades
- Define local product vision, strategy, and roadmap for products and integrations
- Prioritize initiatives and manage the local backlog to align with business goals and partner requirements
- Translate requirements into features and specifications for APIs, integrations, and B2B/B2C platforms
- Own end-to-end delivery, planning,
resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance for the local engineering team
- Act as the main interface between the Spanish Management Team, stakeholders, in-house developers, and HQ
Requisitos principales
- At least 5 years of product experience
- Minimum 3 years of team leadership
- Strong product management with commercial acumen
- Excellent stakeholder management and focus on measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, integrations, data flows, software architecture, and B2B/B2C platforms
- Native or bilingual Spanish and professional English
- Willingness to travel
