We are looking for a versatile and proactive Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist to join our expanding team in Madrid. This is a unique hybrid role designed for a dynamic professional who possesses solid marketing experience and is equally enthusiastic about supporting our daily sales operations in a lean, agile office environment. You will be instrumental in elevating our brand presence in Iberia while ensuring our frontline sales process runs flawlessly.

Core Responsibilities

1. 1. Marketing Operations
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, webinars, and channel partner events across Spain.
- Localize corporate marketing collaterals, press releases, and product brochures into high-quality Spanish.
- Manage local social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn) and boost engagement with local SIs and clients.
- Provide operational support to the local sales team, including handling CRM system logging and pipeline tracking.




- Coordinate with local distributors and channel partners regarding quotation routing and meeting arrangements.
- Assist in managing general administrative tasks for our local Madrid office to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Proven experience in Marketing (B2B tech or IT industry experience is a major plus).
- Languages: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Mindset: Strong entrepreneurial mindset; willing to roll up your sleeves and take on varied tasks in a lean office.
- Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.
