Cytiva seeks a Field Scientist to provide technical support for bioprocess filtration technology integration with customers across Europe. The role combines pre- and post-sales consultation, feasibility studies, customer training, and on-site project execution within the Manufacturing Science and Technology team.

Responsibilities

- Apply Cytiva filtration products to develop innovative customer process solutions
- Conduct feasibility assessments, technical consultations, customer training, and bench-scale trials
- Maintain customer engagement throughout projects to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction
- Travel to customer sites for technical meetings, testing, presentations, and project reviews




- Provide technical consultation on scale-up/scale-down studies, process sizing, troubleshooting, and compatibility recommendations

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years experience in biopharmaceutical MSAT, Process Development, Manufacturing, or related technical function
- Demonstrated experience providing technical support and direct customer engagement
- Fluent Spanish (written and spoken)
- Business-level English (written and spoken)
- Ability to travel up to 50% across Europe
