At Joko, our mission is to we help consumers save time and money when shopping online or in-store. Founded in Paris, Joko is a tech company and certified B Corp with over 120 talents across Paris, Barcelona, and New York (and beyond). From brainstorming to development to launch, the Product team's main mission is to turn ideas into reality by working hand-in-hand with the Engineering, Design, and Business teams. Joko is organized into four product tribes, each owning a key dimension of the company's value:
- Business lines owns the current core value proposition, covering online shopping, in-store experiences, and gift cards, each run as a dedicated team.
- Scale focuses on growing and amplifying this value through growth, international expansion, and shared core user experiences across the app.
- AI Platform helps Joko become a state-of-the-art AI company from the inside, owning the internal agent infrastructure, automation layer, internal tools, infrastructure, compliance, security and operational scalability. THE BUSINESS LINES TRIBE Business Lines owns Joko's current revenue engine across three product lines, each run by a dedicated task force:
- Online, Joko's historical core, covers the app, web app and browser extensions. Its challenge is to make sure users discover the right offers, clicks are tracked, purchases are attributed, commissions are approved, and cash back lands reliably.
- In-Store owns card-linked offers, where users link their bank card and earn cash back when they pay at partner merchants in physical stores. It is a very different product line, closer to banking, payment integrations and merchant operations.
- Gift Cards lets users buy or earn gift cards from a catalog of brands,
and already represents a significant and fast-growing share of company revenue. Across these scopes, the tribe works on hard, high-impact product problems: improving catch and track rates, reducing funnel leaks, adapting to privacy and browser changes, strengthening payment and affiliate flows, and creating better customer experiences. As Lead Product Manager for the Business Lines tribe, your mission is to grow and strengthen the revenue Joko runs on today, across Online, In-Store and Gift Cards. You will not be the PM writing every spec, but you will be expected to understand these mechanics well enough to challenge a diagnosis and make the final call.
- Champion the user
experience:
You will stay close to user needs and pain points across each business line, and make sure the tribe turns them into dedicated features, sharp product improvements and astonishing customer experiences.
- You will build the product strategy that keeps the business healthy as conditions shift, rather than reacting to each change as it lands.
- Lead and grow the PMs: You will manage and mentor the Product Managers on Online, In-Store and Gift Cards, set the bar on funnel analysis, experimentation and delivery, and grow people who can own a revenue stream on their own.
- You will set the metrics that matter for each business line, hold the tribe to them,
and be accountable for the tribe's contribution to company revenue.
- You will partner with the B2B teams who own merchant relationships, with Care on the user pain that untracked transactions create, with Data, and directly with the affiliate and payment partners themselves. Data fluency: Business sense: Management: You have a proven track record in people management. You want to understand how the tracking and the payment integrations actually work: browser behaviour, cookies, redirects, backend pipelines, card networks. Coding is not required, but you will be close to the mechanics every week.
- Experimentation: You have run real A/B tests, you know how to design one that answers a question, and you can tell a team when theirs will not.
- Resilience: Much of this domain sits outside your control: browsers change, merchants change, regulation changes, competitors change. If you are looking for a blank page and a 0-to-1 product, this is not that seat: this is a mature business with real revenue on the line every day.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. French is a plus, but it is optional.
- Some of the benefits listed below are available to full-time positions only) Versátil remote : If you live in Paris, you can choose to work from our office or from home with no constraints. If you live elsewhere, we can provide access to a coworking space and a coworking budget.
