Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical audiences. Fluency in English and Spanish (including the ability to write professional reports). Experience with PySpark and big data frameworks (e.g., Databricks, Hadoop) is a strong plus. Understanding of machine learning algorithms, AI / Generative AI and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, matplotlib).
