NeedConsult is seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant for a fully remote freelance assignment. The project focuses on implementing standard Salesforce Service functionality, starting with case management and the in-house service process.

A future phase in 2027 may include Salesforce Field Service for customer sites. The workload is versátil, roughly 5–15 hours per week, and the consultant should work independently to progress the implementation using standard Salesforce
