NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and help ensure zero missed SLA conditions across regions. You will document actions and use service assurance tools to investigate problems, escalating as needed. You'll work with networking fundamentals in routing, switching and wireless, contribute to knowledge articles, and collaborate with clients, vendors and internal #J-18808-Ljbffr
