Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo system and DS1 AI-powered platform across EMEA. The role requires a medical/engineering background, plus strong analytical and communication skills to assist healthcare professionals, SUS and FSEs in a remote capacity. Candidates must hold an engineering degree and be fluent in Portuguese, English and Italian; on-call rotation and domestic/international travel may apply.
