Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo system and DS1 platform across EMEA. You will communicate with health care professionals, start-up specialists, and field service engineers to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement. The role requires a biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering background with 4+ years of experience, or advanced degrees with relevant experience, and fluency in Portuguese, English, and Italian.
