Requirements:
* Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
* Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
* 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (e.g., BDR, SDR, call center, outbound prospecting).
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
* Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
* Handle account handover to Customer Experience post-subscription. xqysrnh
* Manage a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day, with leads auto-assigned by the system.
* Achieve KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated Eligibility
* EU citizenship OR
* Valid work permit for Spain
