* Onboarding & Offboarding: ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
* Generalist Role: support key areas such as training, employee experience, and workplace culture.
* Training & Events:



assist with organizing courses, internal activities, and office management.

Salary:
€24,000 per year.

* High level of spoken and written Spanish
* Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
* Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures.
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and a people-first attitude.
