About the Role
We are looking for a professional with experience in managing and supporting everything related to the student experience within an educational institution (university, college, training center). Responsibilities
• Support student admissions and the administrative student lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with academic regulations and manage student incidents.
• Provide guidance on academic procedures, services, and institutional resources.
• Support international students’ linguistic, cultural, and institutional integration.
• Organise intercultural activities and student engagement initiatives.
• Identify student wellbeing needs and refer to appropriate support services.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful campus environment.
• Communicate key information on academic calendars, regulations, and events. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education,



Psychology, Social Sciences, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree valued). Required Skills
• Previous experience in student services, academic administration, or higher education environments (international context highly valued).
• Experience working with international or multicultural student populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
• Problem‑solving mindset and capacity to work autonomously while collaborating with multiple departments.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• High level of English (C1/C2); additional languages are an asset.
• Confident user of digital tools, student information systems, and learning management platforms (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard). Preferred Skills
