As a Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern, you will support the Talent team in achieving its recruitment objectives for a variety of profiles for 5-6 month internships starting in January 2027. By joining papernest, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process and providing the best candidate experience Your

responsibilities:
• Briefing with managers
• Managing the publication of job ads on our various job boards
• Screening and selecting CVs
• Being the first point of contact for candidates and presenting the most relevant profiles to managers
• Monitoring the recruitment process through to the offer stage and supporting managers in their decision-making
• Optimizing our sourcing to target the best profiles
• Communicating with peers in the Corporate and Tech teams
