About the role
We are looking for a motivated HR student to join our European HR team as a part-time intern while completing their studies. You will support the operational side of the employee lifecycle across Spain and the wider EU: onboarding and exits, HR documents, HR systems and data. You will work closely with our HR Business Partners and our HR Operations team in India, and learn how HR processes run in an international tech company.

Key responsibilities
• Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Help prepare employment contracts, amendments, and HR letters, and track their signing and filing.
• Keep employee data in the HRIS accurate and up to date, and help with data audits and reports.
• Help gather monthly payroll inputs, such as new hires, leavers, and changes, for review by the HR team.
• Support benefits enrolments and keep employee records up to date.




• Coordinate onboarding logistics with IT and hiring managers, including welcome packs, first-day agendas and equipment setup.
• Send the New Joiner Feedback Survey and summarise the results.
• Answer simple employee queries through the HR helpdesk or route them to the right person, and keep process guides and templates up to date.
• Work with the HR Operations team in India on reports, audits and process updates.
• Suggest ways to simplify HR processes, and help prepare reports on headcount, turnover and absence.

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a university degree or master's in Human Resources, Labour Relations or a related field, for the full length of the internship.
• Able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with your university. Recent graduates who are no longer enrolled are not eligible.
• Good Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Strong attention to detail, good organisation, and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
• Clear, professional communication, and strong discretion with confidential information.
• Proactive and keen to learn.
• A high sense of confidentiality and discretion when handling employee data and sensitive HR information. Languages: Fluent English and Spanish are required. Another EU language is a plus.
