We are looking for a Program Management Trainee to support the coordination of cross-functional pharmaceutical programs from project initiation through development and launch readiness. Working closely with Program Managers and stakeholders across Commercial, Regulatory, IP, R&D; and Launch Management, you will gain hands-on experience in a multidisciplinary matrix organization and contribute to maintaining an integrated view of project strategy, progress, risks and key decisions.
• Support Program Managers in coordinating pharmaceutical programs from project handover through development and launch readiness.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of Strategic Product Plans (SPPs), integrating inputs from Commercial, Regulatory, IP, R&D; and Launch Management.
• Help maintain an end-to-end view of project scope, key milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and agreed actions across stakeholders.
• Support SPP Working Team and governance meetings by preparing materials, consolidating inputs, documenting decisions and following up agreed actions.
• Contribute to structured project information, reporting and knowledge management,



including the capture and reuse of lessons learned and best practices.
• Collaborate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving ways of working, processes, tools and knowledge sharing across the organisation.

Requirements:
• Advanced English
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biosciences, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Enrolled into a Master program (Project Management, MBA or Pharma/Biotech industry related is a plus)
• Availability to access internship for 9-12 months
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Eligibility for employment in Barcelona.
