• Operational Leadership & Standards: Responsible for quality standards, service workflows, cost control, and overall operational management of our restaurants “La Tentación” , “Sotavento”and the Luna Bar 81.

Experience:
You will lead the entire service section, ensuring our guests enjoy unforgettable culinary highlights.
• Team Management & Development: You will lead, motivate, and train your team—including wine sales and upselling techniques—and handle efficient duty rosters and holiday scheduling.
• Cost & Budget Control: You keep a firm grip on costs and budgets, conduct inventories, and calculate retail items within our ERP inventory system (Orgasoft).
• Smooth Daily Operations: You guarantee flawless procedures, from daily mise-en-place and reservation management to accurate cashing-up procedures.
• Compliance & Standards: You actively embody Hapimag standards and take responsibility for strict adherence to and documentation of all HACCP guidelines and cleaning protocols.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: You work closely with the Head Chef and the Resort Management , and proactively support the recruitment of new team members.



What you bring along
• Completed vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality alongside proven leadership experience in a similar position
• Passion for direct guest interaction with a keen sense for creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Ability to maintain an overview and work systematically with a smile, even during peak operational hours
• Good knowledge of Spanish, German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• A collaborative team player with clear and effective communication skills
