We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and drive the Order Experience (OX) self-service platform for a major global enterprise. This role serves as a crucial bridge between business strategy and IT execution, taking end-to-end ownership of digital order management processes, pricing capabilities, and complex enterprise integrations on a global scale. It is a hybrid position with 2 days per week in Barcelona office. ?

Key Responsibilities
- Drive core domain features including Price & Availability, Cart Management, Access Management, and Administrative Services.
- Manage solution delivery across the Order Experience domain and its integration with enterprise platforms (including SAP ERP migrations, Process Integration, and cross-functional services).
- Support and contribute to global transformation programs, including AI-powered capabilities and Global Supply Chain (GSC) initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders—gathering requirements, translating business vision into technology solutions, and ensuring smooth deployment and business adoption.
- Align cross-functional teams, navigate delivery risks/dependencies,



and monitor solution performance for continuous process and customer experience optimization. ? Key

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Owner, Product Owner, or Senior Project Manager delivering digital commerce or enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2B/B2C eCommerce platforms, Order Management processes, cart-to-checkout flows, and self-service customer experiences.
- Proven experience with enterprise system integrations, ERP ecosystems (SAP experience is a strong plus), and multi-tier application architectures.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled business solutions, business process analysis, and gap analysis.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills with a track record of driving alignment across diverse, geographically distributed teams. ?
