Reloom is a female-founded startup that helps fashion brands understand where they stand on sustainability, close their gaps, and say only what they can back up. Brands complete an AI-supported assessment, get recommendations tied to the EU rules that apply to them (including EmpCo), and can publish a factual profile on reloom.me where shoppers can browse their products. Our platform does the heavy lifting on data. As our Sustainability and Compliance Manager, you bring the sustainability expertise. You'll own each brand from signature to renewal: helping them understand their results, turning gaps into practical next steps, and making sure what they say about sustainability holds up under EU rules. This role suits someone with a background in sustainability who enjoys working with clients and wants to help brands make real, credible progress.
