We are looking for a junior consultant to join our Madrid office, contributing primarily to projects for the French market, as well as international initiatives. You will be based in Madrid, with a hybrid working model offering a high degree of flexibility. YOUR MISSION Contribute to the design and delivery of organisational transformation, cultural change and new ways of working projects, collaborating with multicultural teams and clients. You will regularly work in French with clients in the French market and use English across international projects and teams. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Change assessment and strategy
• Analyse interviews, surveys, data and documentation to identify transformation needs, impacts and opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of roadmaps, action plans and client recommendations. Communication, engagement and adoption
• Prepare content, presentations and communication materials, primarily in French and English.
• Help design and facilitate workshops, manager sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Help identify barriers and resistance to change and propose actions to support the adoption of new ways of working. Implementation and monitoring
• Support the coordination of project tasks, milestones and deliverables, collaborating with teams across countries.
• Contribute to training and support initiatives to help people adopt new tools, practices and behaviours.
• Help define indicators, gather feedback and prepare progress and impact reports. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Between 1 and 2 years of experience in consulting, human resources, organisational development or transformation projects.




• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development or a related field.
• An interest in change management, corporate culture, employee experience and new working models.
• Analytical skills, structured thinking and the ability to synthesise information, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, curiosity and the ability to collaborate with multicultural teams.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with change management methodologies is a plus. LANGUAGES
• Fluent French, both spoken and written, is essential for working with clients and preparing deliverables for the French market.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, is essential for collaborating on international projects and with international teams.
• Spanish is a plus, particularly a working knowledge that supports day-to-day coordination with the Madrid team. Interviews will be conducted in English and French. WHAT DO
