Overview of the Role As a QA Engineer specializing in Global Trade Management (GTM/GTS), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of international trade operations. You will validate customs, compliance, and trade-flow processes, supporting the company’s global footprint and contributing to the reliability of high-value, regulated product movements. Detailed Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for SAP GTS/GTM systems, focusing on customs, compliance, and trade-flow processes.
• Validate export/import declarations, preference and origin handling, sanctions and embargo screening, and legal control procedures across multiple countries.
• Ensure test coverage reflects regulatory variations and country-specific requirements, mitigating potential customs delays and compliance risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GTM/GTS with SAP SD/MM and logistics modules, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.




• Identify and thoroughly test edge cases and exceptions that may impact customs clearance and operational performance.
• Document test outcomes, defects, and recommendations, maintaining high standards of quality assurance and compliance.
• Support audit and regulatory reviews by providing accurate and timely testing evidence.
• Continuously monitor industry and regulatory changes to update test cases and strategies accordingly. Skill Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in QA engineering, specifically in SAP GTS/GTM environments.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP GTS/GTM and integration with SAP SD/MM and logistics.
• Deep understanding of integral trade compliance, customs, and regulatory processes.
• Experience designing and executing test cases for international trade scenarios.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with QA tools and methodologies relevant to enterprise applications. Other Requirements (Optional)
• SAP certification in GTS, SD, or MM modules.
