IT Risk Analyst |?

Do you enjoy working in a global environment where you can influence risk management, compliance, and technology oversight across multiple countries and entities? We are looking for an IT Technology Risk Analyst to join a global team responsible for overseeing the implementation and compliance of technology risk and security policies across an international banking platform.

What You'll Do
• Monitor and assess compliance with integral IT Risk and Security policies.
• Analyze technology controls and supporting evidence.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of technology control environments.
• Track remediation plans and follow up on identified gaps.
• Support technology risk assessment activities from an Oversight perspective.
• Manage and analyze large data sets to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Consolidate, structure,



and analyze data in Excel for governance and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and senior management teams. What We're Looking ForExperience
• Experience in Technology Risk, IT Risk, Technology Controls, IT Audit, or a related governance function.
• Exposure to Oversight, Internal Audit, or Second Line of Defense (2LoD) environments is highly desirable.
• Previous experience within Banking, Financial Services, or other highly regulated industries is a plus. Technical Skills
• Advanced Excel skills, including large data analysis and pivot tables.
• Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard creation and maintenance.
• Understanding of technology controls, governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms is advantageous. Languages
• Fluent English (C1 or above) is essential.
• Spanish is highly desirable.
