Required Experience

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Product Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working on data, reporting, analytics, or data product initiatives.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories.
- Experience managing backlogs within Agile delivery environments.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience creating acceptance criteria and supporting UAT activities.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams.

Preferred Experience

- Exposure to People & Organisation (HR/P&O;) data and processes.
- Previous experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and master data concepts.

Experience working within corporate functions such as:

- ESG
- Ethics, Risk & Compliance (ERC)
- Legal
- Procurement
